Keller Williams has recognized this disruption in our industry and is at the forefront of redefining the real estate industry yet again.  While the industry is being bought by “bolt on technology”, Keller Williams is the only company that is creating a technology fortress around its agents. “Bolt on technology” companies have one motive, to generate and own the data transpired in real estate so that they then can own the real estate industry. Keller Williams on the other hand is providing a cloud based, Keller Williams owned, platform for their agents to take over the technology and consumer relationship positioning the KW agent as the highest fiduciary to the end consumer.

As an integral aspect of our business model, KW is an interdependent organization where there is a true incentive to support and grow the agents within the company through the profit sharing system.  The company provides millions of dollars each year in donations and volunteer hours from its agents to the 501c3 non profit, KW Cares, which supports KW agents and their families in disasters or emergencies.     Keller Williams Realty is an interdependent business model in which agents have a ownership stake in the company.  The agents of the company are considered business partners where they have a say in how the company is ran via the Agent Leadership Counsel, the books of the company are completely transparent, and profit is shared between the company and its agents responsible for the profit.  The interdependence or synergy created with this business model drives more profit and more opportunities for the company to reinvest back into its agent. Additionally Keller Williams is the largest brokerage in the world that is privately held and carries zero debt.

  • Agent Centric

    A fundamental difference in the Keller Williams way lies in the notion of being an agent centric company. The company philosophy is it is the agents brand of reputation first and foremost with the support of the national stronghold that is Keller Williams.  Offices are centered around the main streets of America vs the Wall Street of America. Furthermore, Keller Williams does not believe in competing for the consumer brand space.  KWRI has no national advertising budget. The managing broker or what is termed Team Leader at each office is a non-competition, i.e. not producing, agent. Keller Williams Realty has grown to be the largest real estate franchise in the United States with both agent count, volume per agent, and units over the last 30+ years by not spending a dime on advertising and instead reinvesting back into its agents.
