Katherine Sumrall, CEO of C2 Consulting, is an independent growth coach with Keller Williams Realty International. What does that really mean? Katherine is a producing agent who through the experience of how KW has changed her world, has become passionate and dedicated to changing other peoples’ worlds’ as well. Prior to coming to Keller Williams, Katherine was working a corporate 8-5 job. Quality of life was low, she dreaded going to work every day to sit in front of a computer, she felt as though the work she was doing was not truly impacting or making a difference for anyone she connected with. Something had to change.
Prior to this moment in her life, Katherine never had envisioned herself developing a real estate career, however through a business relationship with a KW agent and a desire to improve her career, Katherine jumped into real estate with two feet and started running. Within her first year in real estate she was able to completely surpass her previous income, her quality of life improved, she developed a sense of freedom over her schedule and her life, and most of all she found a platform and a company that provided no glass ceiling; a true opportunity to design the life she wanted. Katherine will be the first to tell you this career isn’t easy. It is simple, yet not easy (a BOLD law!). Yet, Katherine will also tell you this career is far more rewarding than she had anticipated.
