Most Competitive Commission Splits

The Keller business model operates off a 70/30 split and capping system.  70% of your commission dollars go into your pocket and 30% go towards your Keller Williams office an agent “caps”.  Once that agent meets their annual requirement to the office, regardless of production level, that agent receives 100% of their commission!  There are no surprises!
