KW Cares is 501c3 non-profit organization within the Keller umbrella created to serve and support the agents and their families of Keller Williams when unexpected emergencies occur.  

Having originally been based on the simply idea of agents wanting to help other agents whom were experiencing financial hardships, it has grown to be a true force.  It is the best example of the culture of KW in action. And, this isn’t just a neighborhood block party.

KW Cares has supported over 180K agents, 4000 families, and has awarded over $45M in agent grants.  This incredible organization is equipped with an entire emergency response protocol consisting of multiple semi-trucks and resources ready at a moments notice to deploy given a national emergency.

The best part about KW Cares?  It is 100% funded by individual agent donations.  You see, the culture of Keller Williams is bigger than just real estate.  Additionally, KW Cares donates an annual ten percent tithe to various charities each year.

RED Day (Renew, Energize, Donate) – A day where all KW agents across the nation and the world give back to the communities in which they serve.  Together, we can be a force of change in our communities and in the world.

Agent Leadership Council – Within the culture of true partnership, KW believes in empowering the agents of its company to determine and influence the direction the company takes.  Agents have a voice. With the agent leadership counsel, agents have the opportunity to make direct decisions that impact the international and local levels of the company. Being selected on the ALC is one of the highest honors within the Keller Williams system.

The culture of Keller Williams is built around profit; profit for the agents. All the technology tools, education, training, and coaching opportunities are designed to increase agents productivity and profits. Furthermore, a more profitable company results in more profit to share to its agents. This is the true incentive, built into the core of the company, for agents to support one another.
